Appointments

Appointments can also be made over the telephone or in person with the GP or Nurse of your choice, please ask the Receptionist. Nurses appointments can be booked up to three months ahead. Doctors appointments up to 2 weeks ahead.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9.00 – 11.30 am and afternoons 3.30 – 5.30pm

Dr T Ivo  – Male
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30 – 11.00 & afternoons 3.30 – 5.30pm

Dr S Nayak – Female
Tuesday & Friday 9.00 – 11.30 am and afternoons 3.30 – 5.30pm

If you require an urgent appointment please ring the surgery as early as possible – we open at 8.00 – please be prepared to give a brief description of the problem – to enable the receptionist to book you in with the most appropriate clinician.

We try to keep appointment times, but some problems will take longer than usual, and the doctor may occasionally be called out to an emergency. You may therefore be seen later than your appointment time. If there is a delay the receptionist will explain this to you.

If you have to wait please be a patient Patient! If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel as early as possible so that another patient can be offered the appointment.

If you expect the doctor to examine you (or your child) please make sure that the clothing worn can be quickly and easily removed. When you make an appointment, we will need to ask some questions.

This will help the receptionist book the most appropriate appointment for you. Any information you give to the receptionist will be treated confidentially. It is not always necessary for you to see the doctor to obtain a signature on certain forms. If you need a form completing ask at reception.
