The surgery is a house on the right-hand side of the road, about 400 yards from the T junction which turns into Bishops walk Lane.

Look for the first bus shelter on the right-hand side about 300-400 yards from the T junction. The surgery building is next to this. There is also a Church Warsop memorial club next to the surgery building where you can park.
